Hey, if anything you just

Hey, if anything you just need to try tightening your lips while playing. If you're playing out of tune even after tuning all the way down, then you just need shape up your embouchure. If that doesn't work, try making your friends tune their instruments to an actual tuner, instead of someone's (probably) poorly tuned piano.

Also, if you still think it's your horn, have another player try it while playing to a tuner, and see if he has the problem. Or try another horn, if nothing else.

It depends

I would definitely try tuning it to an actual tuner if you haven't already. But one possible problem is you are simply not supporting your air well enough. Try using more air even if you think you sound a little loud

Your trumpet is a Bb

Your trumpet is a Bb instrument. Guitars are in C.

If your guitarist plays a C, you need to play the D on your trumpet to play the same note.

You can use the transposing chart to find out which note you have to play on your trumpet to play the same note as a guitarist.
